All individually registered participants will receive a confirmation email containing their E-ticket. With this E-ticket (printed or on smartphone) you can collect your bib number at the pre-registration stand. Be sure to check your junk mail.

START IN 5 WAVES

To provide more comfort running through the alleys, on the stairs and through the building during the BRITA Urban Trail Brussels, participants will start in 5 waves with a gap of 20 minutes in between.

  • 9u00: start wave 1
  • 9u20: start wave 2
  • 9u40: start wave 3
  • 10u00: start wave 4
  • 10u20: start wave 5

STARTER PACK

Besides the unique experience of running through the capital of Europe and discovering known and unknown sights, we offer all participants of the BRITA Urban Trail Brussels an expanded starter pack:

Technical running shirt

We will make sure you’ll remember your trek through the capital for a long time. Every participant will receive a unique BRITA Urban Trail Brussels T-shirt, so you can show you were there! At registration, you can indicate your shirt-size. We can however not guarantee that your size will still be available when you collect it. The earlier you come to pick up, the higher the chances you will get the right size.

GROUPS

(until Monday, June 15th 23:59pm)

Would you like to take on the challenge with colleagues and friends? If so, you can register as a group until Monday 15 June (11.59 pm).

Register your group
  • Group registrations can only be made via the official online registration form. Excel spreadsheets and similar documents will not be accepted.
  • How to register online: on the registration form, you must first create a group. You will then receive an email containing the group name and your group code. Using this code and the password you have chosen (don’t forget it!), you can manage the group at any time. You can then add and remove participants. Only the group administrator can approve participants. You can add as many participants to your group as you like.
  • Registration forms can only be collected in person. When collecting in person, all participants will receive a separate confirmation email containing all the information they need to collect their race number.
  • Once your group is fully confirmed, the group leader must pay for the entire group. Registrations are only confirmed once the group has been registered and paid for. Once your group registration is finalised, NO FURTHER CHANGES can be made to your group. Changes to your group can then only be made on the day at the registration desk. An administration fee of €5 per change will be charged for this.
