We are delighted that you will be at the start of the Liantis Urban Trail Brussels on Sunday! We want to make it a great day together with you. These tips will help to get you one step closer to the finish.
1. Course
The course features no fewer than 17 unique locations and can be checked out again HERE.
Follow the instructions of our stewards and respect the highway code. The course is not entirely traffic free, you can always run on the pavement in those places where you share the road with traffic.
2. Let’s go green!
We are going for less waste at our Liantis Urban Trails. That is why we are asking you to bring reusable cups, water bottles or camel bags. You can refill your cup or water bottle at the supply stations.
Don’t you have a cup? There are reusable cups at each refreshment station.
3. Collection bib number + T-shirt
You can collect your bib number and T-shirt from the registration desk in Tour & Taxis from 8:0 Make sure to bring the e-ticket that you received by email after registering. If you signed up as part of a group, you should get your bib number from your group leader. You can always start in a later start wave. The last wave leaves at 10:20am. However, it is not possible to start earlier. Please collect your T-shirt before you start, because the T-shirt stand closes at 1pm.
4. Healthy Exercise
Exercising is fun and healthy. However, always be sensible, listen to your body and hydrate sufficiently, including before the race! There will be plenty of supplies of water and/or sports beverages along the route and by the finish.
5. Storage sports bags
There are no changing rooms provided, but if you would like to leave your sports bag, you can drop it off at the storage for sports bags.
Please note: Separate items of clothing or plastic bags will not be accepted. So make sure that you bring a sealable (sports) bag to store your things in.
6. What will be where on Sunday?
Location of registration, start, finish, toilets, storage for sports bags … it is all situated in Tour & Taxis.
7. Coming by car?
Obviously, we would prefer it if you came by public transport or bicycle/on foot, but if you do come by car there are plenty of paid parking spaces close to Tour & Taxis.
